George Couston
As a Tucson native, George has been in the real estate business for more than twenty years.  He holds a general building contractor and real estate broker license in Arizona, and owns the land holding company, UC UGET, Inc., the building company, Clarke Custom Homes, Inc., and is the designated broker for Clarke Real Estate Specialist, Inc.  George's clients acknowledge that it's a rarity and a huge advantage working with a smaller practitioner who owns the land and is able to assist their custom needs during the rigorous building process.

Brian Ayer
The president of Ayer Homes, Inc., Brian has managed a variety of custom home builds within southern Arizona, both for his own company and other builders.  His ability to assemble the site into a magnificent finished product is truly an art.  Brian's expertise is evident through his excellent design skills, as well as his ability to find the perfect materials that fit both the clients taste and budget.  He often collaborates with Clarke Custom Homes, personally attending to the custom homeowners needs throughout the construction process.

Paula J. White
A real estate broker associate and manager for Clarke Real Estate Specialists, Inc., this Arizona native has been licensed for nearly thirty years!  Paula's experience working for various homebuilders and her unique sense of design gives her a unique ability to handle each intricate real estate transaction. She is able to direct the client to the perfect design and selection of amenities that further enhances the value and marketability of the build.  Many clients also use Paula to assist them in the sale of their existing property to accommodate their new custom home.
